PMToolkit provides free, downloadable project management templates in various formats (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs). These templates are designed to help project managers and teams work more efficiently.

To download templates, you must provide a valid email address. This is a one-time requirement — subsequent downloads do not require re-entering your email.

3. Template License

When you download a template from PMToolkit, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use the template for personal or business purposes
  • Modify the template to suit your needs
  • Share modified versions within your organization
  • Use the template in client deliverables

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the templates (modified or unmodified) as standalone products
  • Claim ownership of the original template designs
  • Include the templates in a competing template library or service
  • Remove any copyright notices or attribution where present

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: Any content you create using our templates belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the documents you produce.

Our Property: The PMToolkit website, branding, template designs, and all related intellectual property are owned by Project Paced Ltd. The templates themselves, while free to use, remain our copyrighted works licensed to you under Section 3 above.

5. Email Communications

By providing your email address to download templates, you agree to receive:

  • Transactional emails: Download confirmations and links to your requested templates
  • Marketing emails (optional): If you opt-in, occasional PM tips and template updates

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email or our unsubscribe page. Transactional emails related to your downloads are not marketing and will be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to bulk download templates
  • Attempt to circumvent our rate limiting or security measures
  • Provide false information when downloading templates
  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The templates provided through PMToolkit are offered "as is" and "as available"without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The templates will be suitable for your specific purposes
  • The templates are free from errors or omissions
  • The Website will be available without interruption

The templates are general-purpose tools and do not constitute professional project management, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting templates to your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Project Paced Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the templates or Website
  • Any errors or omissions in the templates
  • Any project delays or business losses related to template usage
  • Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of PMToolkit shall not exceed £100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
